DSM Filter for Sugar Cane Syrup
Wedge wire DSM bend screen to screen sucrose syrup from sugar cane juice to eliminat all foreign matter comming with the syrup afetr the week-end cleaning process of evaporation step.
The Syrup is 70 Brix (1.36 density) 70 and 37 cPoise viscosity Purity 87%.
The normal flow rate is between 40 to 60 m3/h but with some peak up to 120 m3/h.
The particles contain of the syrup in crisis priode (3 hours after starting the evaporators) is 400 mg/Kg of syrup (particles > 71m) include 130 mg/kg paricules > 250m.
This rate going down afeter 3 hours to 20 and 3 mg/kg (>71m) fore the rest of the week opration.
