Stainless steel flat profile wire screen has several popular profiles and forms of composing structures. It is made of stainless "V"shaped slot and SS Support "V"shaped rod, SS "V"shaped and SS "Square "shaped rod or Convex shape wire welded to form a firm panel. Profile wire panels offer great strength, precision opening and a long service life. The panel screen has a perfectly flat and smooth surface with rectangular openings.

The Support rod: Square rod, "V" profile wire, or convex shape wire.

Profile Wire Advantages:
A continuous slot opening which significantly increases the available open area, thus providing a greater access to the water bearing zone.

A ’V’ shaped profile wire which avoids clogging and ensures uninterrupted flow.

Uses:
Profile Wire Screen finds applications in cross flow sieves, vibrating screen decking, mineral processing, surface water intake screens, fish diversion screen panels, hatchery screens, architectural decorative food processing, and flooring for malt kiln, germination, and grain drying.

Contructions:
The v wire panels can be constructed using "V "support rods Convex shape wire and Square support rods. Can be designed to optimize the open area strength and functions for each application.
