DSM Sieve Bend Screen, DSM Sieve, DSM Type Sugar Screen for Sugar Cane Syrup
DSM Screen is simplified term of Dutch State Mines Screen with welding the wedge wire to the support bars, horizontal slots between the bars. This wire screen is known as DSM screens because the Dutch State adapts sieve bend in Mine development first. DSM screen sieves for mining and filtering uses has a slot size 0.6mm-1.6mm, 60 radius, 45-60 degree and other sizes.

6 The use of gas-shielded arc welding is allowed. Welded joints in accordance with GOST 14771-76.
7 Quality control of welded seams is carried out by visual inspection and measurement.
The weld seam has a smooth or finely flaked surface along the entire length of the seam (without sagging, burn-through and lack of fusion). The weld metal must be dense along the entire length of the weld, free from cracks, shrinkage cavities and pore chains. The craters of the seams must be welded.
